Getting the Most out of Your Bread Machine

All bread machines are not the same; each comes with its own features and settings. Due to these differences it is vital that you take the time to read through the user guide. Taking this time will ensure that you understand the functions that your bread machine has.

Each make of bread machine will come with its own settings for the temperature, dough cycles and baking times. Knowing how your model works will ensure that you produce bread and dough to perfection, each and every time.

Listed below are some of the most common terms relating to the dough cycles and baking settings. Whilst they may differ from the wording in your manual they will provide a basic understanding.

  • White Bread - An all-purpose setting is generally used to produce standard white bread.
  • Whole Grain Bread
